When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address, because we cannot deliver an order or tell you where it is without them.

When you create an account we also keep the addresses you save, so checkout is faster next time.

When you browse we store a small amount of information in your browser to remember your basket and, if you are signed in, to keep you signed in.

We do not store your card number, UPI ID or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own systems.

We use your information to take and deliver your order, to send you order updates, to answer your questions, to process returns and refunds, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked for them, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link.

We share the minimum necessary with the companies that help us run the shop:

• Our courier, so they can deliver your parcel — your name, address and phone number.

• Our payment provider, so your payment can be taken securely.

• Our email and messaging providers, so we can send you order updates.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

We keep order records for as long as tax and company law requires. You can ask us to delete your account and anything we are not legally required to keep.

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your account, or stop sending you marketing. Write to us with the details below and we will reply within a reasonable time.

This website stores a small amount of data in your browser so it can remember your basket, keep you signed in and remember which shop you are visiting. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings, though the basket and sign-in will stop working if you block it entirely.
