Terms & Conditions
These are the terms on which we sell groceries, fresh produce and household essentials through this website. Please read them before you order — placing an order means you accept them.
Your order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, and a contract exists from that point.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we believe the order is fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees. GST is applied at the rate set for each item and is shown separately at checkout, so the total you agree to is the total you are charged.
Delivery is charged at checkout, and is free on orders above ₹499. Cash on delivery is available wherever our courier offers it, and is shown as an option at checkout when it is.
We try hard to keep prices and stock accurate. If we find a genuine pricing error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.
Delivery
Our delivery timings and charges are set out on our Shipping Policy page. They are estimates, not guarantees — weather, strikes and courier delays are outside our control, and we will keep you informed if your order is affected.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. After dispatch, our Returns & Refunds page explains what can be sent back and how.
Using this website
The text, images and designs on this website belong to us and may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our permission.
Please do not use this website to do anything unlawful, or to interfere with how it works for other people.
We describe our products as accurately as we can, but nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a skin condition, an allergy, or you are pregnant, please speak to a qualified professional before using a new product, and patch-test first.
Our responsibility to you
If we get something wrong, we will put it right — by replacing the item, or refunding you. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over the place where we are registered.
If something goes wrong, please talk to us first — most problems are settled quickly and without formality. Our contact details are on our Contact page.
